PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY

Your privacy is very important to us. To this end we guarantee to you that we will never share, sell, disseminate in any form whatsoever any of the information that we collect from you during the course of our relationship. This excludes information that is required by law to be provided.

Intenza NZ Ltd products are couriered out in a plain package with no reference to the product purchased. Similarly, on credit card statements there is no reference to the product purchased, rather just a reference to Intenza.  

We also do not collect or store any credit card information.

We use SSL Web Server Certificate that offers comprehensive authentication procedures (domain name and identity verification) with 128-bit encryption. This ensures that information is kept private while in transit between our web server and your web browsers. SSL technology provides for the safe transmission of personal information you give us because the information is encrypted.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners. Just enter your credit card details at the Shopping Cart.
Australian and New Zealand customers can also pay by cheque and direct credit via internet banking.

Please note Intenza reserves the right to seek proof from the "orderer" that the "credit card owner" approves the purchase, before the product is dispatched.

SHIPPING

All orders are sent with reliable New Zealand, Australian and Global courier services who offer a prompt and reliable service.

We are able to deliver to PO Box numbers, rural delivery addresses and of course, street addresses.

By default all items are sent no signature required. The courier will usually leave them in your letterbox, or by the front or back door if you are not at home. You can give us instructions about where you want the item left when you place your order.

Delivery Time

Once we receive your order please allow 24-48 hours for us to prepare your order for dispatch. Within New Zealand the approximate delivery time after dispatch is 1-2 business days, Australian delivery time after dispatch is 2–8 business days and international delivery time varies between 5 – 15 business days.

Cost

The purchase price is in inclusive of the delivery cost.
 

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or you find it does not suit your purposes for any reason, you may return merchandise within 90 days for a refund or exchange.

Note:

  • Refunds (not including shipping charges) are given on unopened bottles in condition suitable for resale. Tamperproof cap seals must remain intact.
  • All refunds are made promptly by the same means as the payment of your original purchase, either by cheque or by reversal into your credit card account (It may take weeks to show up on your credit card account) or by Direct Bank Payment. If you have paid by credit card we will need you to supply us with your card number for a refund, as this information is not retained by us after purchase, similarly for a direct bank payment please advise your bank account number.
  • If a product arrives in damaged condition please Contact Us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement.
  • If you receive the wrong product, please Contact Us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement.
  • If your product fails to arrive within the suggested delivery time, please Contact Us so we may begin a freight enquiry with the Courier or Postal Service responsible for deliveries. Prompt notification ensures most likelihood of a good outcome for everyone.
  • If you are sent the wrong product and the mistake is made by us, we will refund in full including freight on the returned items.
  • We regret we are not able to refund on product which has passed its expiry date.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
