Ordering an item from Herbalignite.com? We can ship to virtually any address in the world, through a network of partners who are experts in dispatch and delivery. These include e Fulfillment Services in Travers City, Michigan for US customers, overnight delivery via CourierPost for NZ customers, and International Business Post to Australia and other destinations.

Delivery Time

The time of delivery does depend on your location and the service being used.  Typically, New Zealand customers can expect overnight delivery courier track pack, with the exception of those on Rural Delivery, which may take a day or two longer. Delivery can also be made to Post Office Box addresses.
Australian customers can generally expect delivery in 6 to12 working days via International Business Post; and in the US we use USPS Priority Mail and delivery should take 3 to 5 working days.

Calculating Cost

We have a standard post and packing charge of $9 an order regardless of your location or the service used. This is additional to the quoted price of the product.

If you do not have a credit card we do accept payment by direct bank transfer, cheque (Australia and NZ only) and money orders. The price confirmed at the time of ordering will not be altered. Please note that quoted prices exclude freight, postage and packaging.
