Returns Policy

We offer a no questions asked guarantee on returned items, providing you return them within 60 days of receipt, unopened, in the original packaging. Simply let us know whether you'd like a replacement or a refund.

Please Read the Following Details of Our Returns Policy:

• Refunds (not including shipping charges) are given on unopened bottles in condition suitable for resale. Tamperproof cap seals must remain intact.
• We regret we are not able to refund on product which has passed its expiry date.
• If you purchased a package deal, such as 4 bottles for the price of 2, we will refund on any returned bottles proportionate to original cost: for example, if you return 3/4 bottles you will be refunded 3/4 of what you originally paid.
• We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
• You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however usually you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
• We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please call us on our Freephone number or email us to advise you wish to return product before sending it to us.

The returned goods should be sent to the following addresses with your name and address details and instructions for the refund.  If you have paid by credit card we will need you to supply us with your card number for a refund, as this information is not retained by us after purchase.
