Jamie Robertson

Customer Service Manager
Jamie moved from selling phones to leading a team answering them when he joined Herbal Ignite in 2011. Born in Australia but growing up in New Zealand, Jamie has double degrees in education and psychology, with first class honours, but after completing his graduate diploma in teaching he decided the classroom was not his preferred environment.

Instead he moved into retail sales, working with Dick Smith and then Vodafone First Mobile, where he enjoyed learning a lot about new technologies as well as developing a taste for problem solving.

At Vodafone he managed a cosmopolitan city store, training staff in high standards of service in a mutually supportive setting.

As part of the team at Intenza NZ, Jamie is responsible for ensuring all customer enquiries are answered in the most timely and courteous manner possible.

When he’s not helping his team refine their service skills, Jamie enjoys reading, film, writing, learning about new cultures and societies, cooking, music and travel with his wife Emma.
